Privacy Policy — Palisade Technologies LLC (Palis8d)

This policy covers Palisade's own website, public demo and kit sales, not the businesses that run the kit.

Who we are

Palisade Technologies LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, doing business as Palis8d. Contact: support@palis8d.com, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110.

What we collect

• When you buy: your name, email, company name, and billing details. Card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not see or store full card numbers.
• To deliver and support the kit: your license details, download records, and messages you send us.
• On our website: basic technical data (pages visited, device and browser type). We do not use advertising pixels or tracking cookies today. If we add any (for example to measure ads on Meta), we will name each tool here, with how to opt out, before we use it.
• The public demo: what you type or say to the demo assistant is processed to answer you and is stored for up to 30 days to prevent abuse and improve the demo, then deleted automatically. Do not enter personal or sensitive information in the demo. Voice in the demo is processed by OpenAI.

How we use it

To sell and deliver licenses, provide updates and support, prevent fraud and abuse, measure our advertising, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

With service providers that help us run the business (payment processing, email delivery, hosting, analytics and advertising), under their terms, and when the law requires it.

Text messages. If you text us, we use your number only to reply to you and to send the messages you ask for. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Kit installs are not ours

Businesses that run the kit control their own customer data on their own servers and accounts. Palisade has no access to it. Their customers should read that business's privacy policy.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at support@palis8d.com. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia or Texas), you may also have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or its use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. Email us to use any of these rights; we answer within 45 days and will not treat you differently for asking.
